The in-depth understanding of the needs of truck owners, drivers and users of earth-moving and heavy construction equipment, has enabled the Taavura Group's Total Care Centers to provide the best service in the country.

Taavura's home base - Ramla

Tashtit division which Import, marketing and servicing DAF and KENWORTH trucks, VDL buses and LIEBHERR heavy equipment provides Total Care Service through a national network of 28 authorized workshops and a team of highly qualified service consultants. 

  

Three of those Total Care Centers owned by the Taavura Group: Tashtit main DAF service center in Ramla, Tashtit North service center, which acts as the main DAF service center for Israel's northern region and Hanegev Truck & Trailer Total Care Center operates as a main DAF service center for Israel's southern region.

In addition Tashtit has created the DAF 24 service - a round-the-clock rescue service. With the DAF 24 service, help is at hand anywhere any time of the day or night, right to the far reaches of the country.

 

Taavura's home base is located in Ramla and includes a full-service fleet maintenance center as well as a heavy equipment maintenance center. Taavura established its own in-house maintenance services in order to ensure that the entire Taavura fleet – consisting of hundreds of heavy trucks, earthmoving equipment and other equipment – runs as smoothly and as efficiently as possible, all over the country, 24 hours a day.

 

Our modern workshops are staffed by highly qualified technicians who provide a maintenance service which covers a wide range of requirements. All the maintenance is fully computerized to ensure a minimal MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and to decrease MTIR (Mean Time In Repair).

Taavura maintenance also specializes in field services, all provided in the 20 sites that are operated by the company throughout the country.

Hanegev Truck & Trailer Total Care Center Ltd. owns a central repair and maintenance workshop located at the Re’em (Masmia) Junction.

Hanegev Truck & Trailer Total Care Center operates as a main DAF service center for Israel's southern region and as the main Kenworth service center in Israel.

Hanegev Truck & Trailer Total Care Center Ltd. is a joint venture between Taavura and Hanegev Cooperative - a cooperative organization encompassing 29 kibbutzim in the Negev and the southern region of Israel.
